Shipping Policy

1.At Allureartworx, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers.

2.Online payment transfers(credit/debit card transactions),COD(cash on delivery) or net banking,we offer free shipping all over India.There are no additional charges to cash on delivery.COD wont apply on goods above 5000/- and above. 

3.Incase,if you have missed to receive the COD shipments in multiple attempts(for the order made) and is returned back to origin-After that if you still want to buy the same,order will be accepted only through online payments for second time(Cash on delivery wont be accepted).

4.Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 10am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information. 

 

Cancellations

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.

 

Returns

  1. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us on feedback@allureartworx.com a photo of the damaged product. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 8 hours of receiving your order and call us immediately on +91 9820172421.
  2. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or store credit.
  3. We take great efforts to put in the details of dimensions and weight of every product.Please note,we strictly do not exchange products based on the reasons that it's too long or too heavy.In case of doubts with the sizes or any other queries related to product while purchasing ,you can email us or call us regarding same on the given no.
  4. Incase, you are not happy with the actual product on arrival then I suggest,you gift it someone as we do not offer replacements.
  5. We do not offer refunds,once a product is purchased.We will replace it only if there is damage in transit.
  6. No exchanges/No returns/No refunds is our policy.
  7. Please do not courier the product to us without authorization from Allureartworx.We will not offer any replacement in such a case.
  8. All returns/replacements are subject to the discretion of Allureartworx.
